“Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.” -Brene Brown

About Liz (she/her)

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) from the USA. I have over six years of experience working with individuals who have histories of complex trauma, substance use disorders, and adults with anxiety and depression related issues. After moving to Germany, I understand how difficult it can be to find community, struggle with identity, and manage many of the transitions. I hope to be able to provide you a safe space where you can share your story and find some clarity, relief, and hope.

Outside of the office

Outside of counseling sessions I enjoy hiking, travelling, and trying new foods. My favorite destination I have traveled to (so far!) is Ireland.

In my downtime I enjoy reading. I partake in several book clubs and some of my favorite books include “Notes on an Execution”, “Where the Crawdads Sings”, and “The Pisces”.

Thrifting at second hand stores is one of my passions and I take pride in finding new threads at great prices!

I consider myself to be an extrovert and highly value my friendships.

I have been utilizing Tarot cards and reading the cards since I was an adolescent.

In our counseling sessions online, you may see my cat, Luna, in the background.
